Treatment Process for Thermal Decomposition


- Collection and segregation of various waste – is it important to the MRI to properly collect and segregate various waste according to their category and classifications to saves the environment from toxic effect of inorganic and biodegradable element present in the waste.
- Waste Storage – having proper waste storage is very essential to avoid negative implications and minimize the possibility of spreading diseases and maximize the rate of decomposition, save on costs or reduce expenses for disposal methods, support to recycling and saves precious metals.
- Feeding Preparation – removal of oversize non combustibles and special waste, with appropriate engineered and administrative controls, including personnel protective equipment to avoid furnace combustion performance to be impaired.
- Thermal treatment process – combustion is a rapid, exothermic reaction between a fuel and oxygen. Sizing a furnace of thermal decomposition machine to match the quantity of waste fed to the machine is important with respect to the temperature, turbulence and time.
- Final disposal – the ash comes from the furnace chamber will be collected and cooled down the ash to manageable temperature, transferred to a disposal area or storage for final disposal with the accredited treater.
