Electronic Scraps
The more common Electronic Scraps that we collect include items such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), Integrated Circuits (ICs), and mixed materials containing precious metals. However, we do collect other kinds of Electronic Scraps such as obsolete equipment, component, sockets etc. This list of Electronic Scraps are not exhaustive. The diagram below depicts the process flow for the treatment of Electronic Scraps.

Disposal of Used Solvents
We have the capability and expertise to recycle used solvents such as Acid Wastes, Alkali Wastes, Oil Contaminated Waste-Water, halogenated and non-halogenated organic solvents. The process flow depicting the disposal of the major types of used solvents are shown below.

Disposal of Waste Oil Treatment

Disposal of Other Spent Solvents

Disposal of Oil Contaminated Wastewater

Disposal of Acid/Alkali
To recycle used solvents, MRI relies heavily on its Solvent Recycling Assembly (see below). Essentially, this assembly comprise of a set of distillation plant installed with a temperature panel that is used to control the heating element in the tanks. In order to derive the pure solvent, the temperature panel must be adjusted to the boiling point of the pure solvent. This would allow the gasification and subsequently the condensation of the pure solvent.
