Our Technology
To meet the needs and wants for a waste disposal service, we have invested heavily into our machineries. The following (below) are a few of the equipments used more frequently to process our client’s waste.
Crusher (Pelletizer)
Electronic scraps are crushed and reduced to small sizes before sending to Singapore for precious metal recovery. The residue will then be subject for incineration; a process also being done in Singapore. Our crusher has a capacity to crush up to 3 metric tons of scraps per day.
Melting Process
Electronic scraps such as solder dross, printed circuit boards contain large amount of valuable metals such as gold, copper and tin. These metals are in high demand worldwide. Our Smelting Plant in Cebu has the capabilities of retrieving these metals from electronic scrap and converting them into block-like structure known as ingots for sale. Often, we do not provide standalone smelting services. Our smelting capabilities is used in conjunction with the services such as the disposal of electronic scrap and the recycling of used batteries.
Solvent Recycling Assembly
Spent solvents are effectively recycled using the batch distillation method. This equipment has the necessary operating permit to carry out the essential task of recycling solvents for reuse.
